I called 1st pick locksmith out on bank holiday weekend as the door lock had broken and we couldn't enter the house. He arrived in good time , did the work quickly and efficiently. The bill was reasonable and I would certainly use 1st pick locksmith again .

It was Sunday evening of the Bank Holiday weekend and we couldn’t shut our front door. Andy came without delay and fixed it. He is a very knowledgeable man who genuinely wants to help and probably did not charge as much as he should have done for a bank holiday. Thanks very much. I employed Andy to change all the external locks in my house after moving into a new property and being left a suspiciously little amount of keys by the previous owners. Andy was great from the get go - a quick response to my initial email enquiry (despite it being sent out of hours), providing me a rough quote in the blind, which happened to be accurate. He very quickly arranged a time to come round and site check the quote and to measure up to ensure it was correct and was flexible to my timings. When I decided I wanted an upgrade to 3* cylinders, Andy took the time to take me through the stock he held and due to my wanting a high security lock on 2 abnormal doors, he took the time to source the parts for me, provide me a reasonable and transparent quote and update the invoice along the way at each stage. Andy was always on time, informative, helpful and left a clean work area all the way through. I can and will recommend! If I need anything locksmith related in the future, I wont be going anywhere else. Thanks

I contacted Andy for advice and out he came, provided a decent quote ( o had shoped around) and did the work there and then. He advised me on ways to make my home securebwhivh was an added bonus. He was excellent and i would highly recommend Andy.

Outstanding service came out within 20 mins at 11pm on Valetines day! Efficient and very professional, sorted the problem got us in and came back to fit new locks, at My request, the next day. Highly recommended and very good value for Money!! If you need a local locksmith then look no further!!

We wanted to ensure guest safety and compliance. Much quicker service than expected and the greatest care taken by Andy to ensure a match between the new door fittings and existing door furniture.
