Was rudely greeted and then the front person tried to convince me that they do not have the referral even though I’ve doubled checked the referral morning before and it was even showing up on the insurance information. But even that wasn’t enough and the front person was still saying no. Then she said that they’ve sent me an email - which was done the moment I was speaking to her. If you do not need new patients do not make appointments. I had to drive half of the city to jump through hoops and rudeness.

I was in and out in 35 minutes! They are quick and efficient and very respectful of your time. Office staff was friendly. Michelle who did my intake was extremely helpful and explained each and every product that Dr. Sonoa Au recommended for me. I’ve been to a few dermatologist over the years and this was by far the best experience.

Dr. Au and team are amazing. Very knowledgeable and precise. Had several small procedures done. Everything went flawlessly. Michelle her assistant is super friendly and skilled.

I highly recommend Dr. Au and her staff. My sister was visiting from out of town and needed a consult asap. The online booking worked great and within a day, we were able to book an appt. Dr. Au was very patient and thorough with explaining treatment options. My sister had her toddler with her, and the team was very nice and welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I am so grateful I had a chance to see Dr Sonoa Au. She was really kind , and thoughtful! She really took the time to inspect my skin allergies and ensure we don’t settle for a cookie cutter approach. She was patient to explain to me type consequences of different solutions. My first time at the clinic and it was extremely beautiful! However, not my first time with Dr. Au and she was AMAZING! She was extremely thorough and kind. Michelle was so sweet and thorough, as well. Dr. Au and Michelle made me first time experience at Aspire a delight! I look forward to my upcoming appointments!

Dr. Au is the best dermatologist that I've seen. I went to so many dermatologist before as I had severe eczema, but my skin was not getting any better.
After seeing Dr. Au, in about a month, I saw so much improvement and my skin actually started healing. She is super sweet and nice.
Also, the entire staff, especially the nurse, Ms. Michelle are super nice, They are polite and listen to all your concerns and provide the best care.
I highly recommend them.

Dr.Au is the best doctor i have ever met. I feel comfortable around her and she makes me feel happy in my skin. She takes care of me and she is such a nice person. She even talks to me like shes my friend, like she is so cool bruh. I could go on and on and keep saying great things about her but I will stop here, just go to this awesome lady and feel blessed that she is ur lovely doctor. Also I wanna mention how caring her assistant Michelle was. She was just a great person and answered all my questions. Additionally, The front desk ladies are amazing women. Neha, in particular was really cool and talked to me about life. I’m really looking forward to my next appointment because every person at this workplace makes me ecstatic. Thank you guys for existing.

I received amazing service from the front desk person, doctor, and their assistant. Felt very comfortable and got the information I needed. My issues didn't require a follow up visit, but if I ever need help with my skin again I know I will go back to this clinic. Thank you!
