I regret moving here! My rent never stays the same, they up the amount every month. The amenities is over $300 that’s added to your rent. Which is crazy to me! They change the amount on the amenities every month on purpose to get more money out you. I’m paying for a 1 bedroom of $1900 and up which was never told to me that I would be paying for. They will lie in your face to get you to sign the lease.

So after my review on here, they told me to come to the office or call to address my lost package with my graduation dress but when I went there.. they still said the same thing and told me ‘we don’t deal with that’ and they were so rude at the office!

I've had a wonderful experience living at 1660 Peachtree ! Moved in last year and would definitely recommend it. The management team is always friendly, professional, and responsive — any maintenance request I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and I love how peaceful and quiet the community feels.

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. One of the standout features is the location; it's incredibly safe and walkable to everything you could possibly need. Whether it's grocery stores, restaurants, or parks, everything is just a short stroll away, which makes life here very convenient. The customer service provided by the office staff, especially Christina, is outstanding. She is always friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The maintenance team, including Milton and Charles, truly deserves special mention; they are amazing. Whenever I've needed assistance, they have been quick to respond and resolve any issues with professionalism. Additionally, Larry, the groundskeeper, keeps the property looking immaculate and always ensures the common areas are well-maintained. The property managers are also very responsive, ensuring that any concerns or requests are addressed promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe, conveniently located, and well-managed place to call home.

My experience at 1660 Peachtree Street was overall a stressful and irritating experience. The management did not fulfill the service requests that were submitted as different components and appliances within the apartment were constantly breaking such as the garbage disposal, the outlets within the kitchen. Worst of all, my toilet was broken for the last six months of the lease in which nobody attempted to fix it or call additional support after multiple work order requests. Lastly, the supplementary bills (Utilities) were outrageous which costed $350 a month not including electrical. Very disappointing!

My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. When I first moved in, my apartment was flooded, and although maintenance did eventually fix it, I received no compensation, discount, or even a formal apology for the inconvenience of moving into a damaged unit. Throughout my lease, the hallways and common areas remained consistently dirty, and the environment often felt neglected and unprofessional. The building is poorly maintained and has a very run-down, unsafe feel to it. The worst part, however, was the utilities billing, which feels like an outright scam. I was consistently charged around $350/month for “Resident Billing Services”, which did NOT include electricity. I lived alone and often. Travelled back to my hometown at least for 1 week each month — there is no reasonable explanation for this amount. When I moved out, they hit me with additional unexplained charges that were due on my move-out date, with no breakdown or notice. It felt like they added fees just because they could. This place may look decent on a tour, but don’t be fooled — the reality is frustrating, overpriced, and borderline exploitative. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

So ready for my lease to be up here. Dog poop all over the property because they don’t actually enforce the pick up mandate because it’s too much effort for them to check the cameras. Dogs regularly piss in the parking garage. The entrance gates are regularly inoperable, worsening the nightmare that is getting in and out of the complex by car. Amazon has frequent issues getting to the lockers. I’ve had packages stolen. Maintenance orders often take weeks and the maintenance men will try to explain away why they can’t or don’t need to fix certain things. Ive had my sink basin drop out several times, spilling out garbage disposal water under the sink and onto the floor. The elevator brakes down after most heavy rainstorms, sometimes for weeks. Highway noise and noise from other residents is constant in every part of the apartment. The trash shute is always clogged, people then leave garbage all over that area of the parking garage. There’s constant trash all up and down the building hallways and stairwells. AC vent hasn’t worked in master bedroom entire time we’ve lived here. People text and drive through the parking garage while speeding and taking up the center of the garage. The most expensive and yet the worst apartment I’ve lived in, worse than my barracks when i was in the military. This place has only gotten worse in the last 11 months. Once again DO NOT MOVE HERE.

DO NOT MOVE INTO A 4th FLOOR APARTMENT, YOU WILL COOK THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR AC!!! We moved into apartment 3407 in January. It was a 4th floor apartment and as such could get hot even in January. During the Spring, my fiancée noticed that the AC was not able to keep up temperatures. The first time maintenance guy came out they told us everything was fine. The second time they came out they "recharged" the unit. Afterwards it still couldn't keep a temp of 74 degrees Fahrenheit but at least it could keep the apartment below 80.(in April) By June, it was once again reaching temps in the 80s. So they finally decided to "replace" the unit(they actually only replaced the coils and recharged it again) Once again, it still couldn't keep a target temp of 74 but at least it was tolerable. By July, temps were once again hitting 82-84 degrees inside of the apartment. Once again, we called the maintenance to help us. This time, the man simply waved a thermometer over the vents and reassured us that the temps were ok. He said that the hallway where the thermostat was was just a "hot spot." After this, we bought tabletop thermometers and put them all over the apartment proving that that hallway wasn't any hotter than the rest of the apartment. After a week of enduring 80+ degree afternoon temps we finally requested a window air conditioner to supplement our failing central AC. After two weeks and SEVERAL reminders they finally brought us one. The next day, a man from corporate came to inspect our apartment(without any prior notice) to assess the central air conditioner. Apparently there was some problem with the intake according to him. Once again, the unit was patched and recharged instead of being replaced. With that fix PLUS our window air conditioner(and 300+ dollar a month electric bills) our apartment stayed around 74-76 degrees(though both the window unit and the central AC were running constantly) Fast forward two weeks and now our central AC has been shut off by the maintenance (without ever consulting us) Apparently the faulty, patchwork unit has been leaking into the apartment below(big surprise!) So now we have a single window air conditioner trying to cool a two bedroom apartment with high ceilings. But hey, at least the closets are big! EDIT: we just got our current power bill today and it was 450 dollars. And we still don't have a working air conditioner.

My move in was great. Recently moved in this week and my apartment is very nice and spacious. I love how the leasing off is very professional and helpful throughout the process. They communicate well with you and they answer any questions you may have. Allison helped me got approved and I am very thankful for them allowing me to be part of their community.

I have lived at 1660 for almost a year, and I LOVE IT!!! The staff has been flexible and accommodating ensuring that any issues were fixed promptly. No place is perfect but this place goes the extra mile to keep me a happy resident. I have already resigned for another. Keep up the good work! Additionally Milton has taken exceptional care of all repairs and the team has really made me feel taken care of.
