We have really enjoyed working with Jody, Gene, and Casey over the past several months on our new build in Kyle. We moved from Amarillo and obviously couldn't be there in person to keep on top of our builder, so it was great to have boots on the ground to provide us updates and photos on a regular basis. Even if you are not purchasing a move-in ready home, this team will keep you informed of any issues and advances with a new build. I would highly recommend using their services for 3rd party inspections and overall regular interactions with a builder. It is good peace of mind to have the right people on your side with likely the largest financial transaction that you will make.

Jody, Gene, Casey and the 1626 Real Estate Group are real community partners. They recently took a leap of faith being the title sponsor for the first annual Summer Bash and iKids Color Run, a free community event made for young children to enjoy and challenge themselves around a giant obstacle course and fun event we did and in the wake of Covid where nothing is very certain, they were firm supporters from start to finish! The day took place June 4, 2022 and despite the scare of an early morning thunder storm, they were amongst the first to arrive to get ready to entertain and welcome the children and their families. It's not easy putting on community events in the Texas heat but they jumped in and made sure that every child they saw came through with a smile and was crowned with a lei for having completed the challenge! We are very grateful for their fun spirits and generous support to establish this event for families to enjoy. Thank you for being wonderful partners!
