I bought a vibrator that the guy working there assured me that it was the same one that i asked for just the company changed the button lay out…, turns out it’s nothing like it it’s totally different with different settings and everything. Extremely disappointed as I don’t have time to go exchange it as i am leaving london the next morning. Very very bad customer service
