I have been here 4 times and each time I have bought a pallet. A large part of the pallets(30%-40%) merchandise was damaged beyond repair, missing pieces(I had to purchase addition parts to sell the items, lost all profit for said item) or used beyond selling point. They tout their business as one of the best out there, where they sell quality merchandise and don't scam their customers. They even say they have repeat customers that sell out of the product soon after purchasing.
In my experience I can get anywhere between 40 and 70 percent retail value for items I sell while purchasing this merch for 10-15 percent, when I purchase from other pallet wholesalers. However, Halfoff Wholesale charge between 35 and 60 percent, where it is near impossible to make any kind of profit off the junk you get on their pallets. I have attempted to explain this to them and they said they would try and work with me after my first bad experience. They told me to go find a pallet and they would give me a good deal, they even talked me into a type they touted were big sellers. When I did find one they ended up saying," Sorry bro, talked with the boss and he said he couldn't give a deal." They went back on their word to make it right. This pallet took me over 9 months to sell and my profit was less than 25 percent of the cost for the pallet. It is not worth the time or money invested to do business with this company.
I would suggest finding anywhere else that actually wants the merchants to make money for their business so that they will come back to buy more. I gave them more than one chance to keep me as a customer and they have disappointed every time. With other business that I purchase from I can turn $1000 into $3000-$4000. With half Off Wholesale I would be lucky to turn $1000 into $1200 and I do mean "Lucky". This is not a good way to do business, especially when you have selling cost, taxes, employees and other expenses to pay out of your profit.
Update**: Spent $7200 on $10900 Retail, I PAID NEARLY 70%RETAIL, FOR USED. Lost money on this pallet, because no one wants to pay 70-80% retail for like new/used Milwaukee tools(their quoted best sellers). They are liars when they say at worst you will break even and who wants to break even when you are trying to make money. You are conned into selling their merchandise for them.
Update** Update**: They gave an insulting reply on here. Like I'm selling their product "Wrong". I am not a first time buyer and I have years of experience. A profit of 20% before paying expenses, is not a way to run a business, I lose money paying fees, shipping, employees, taxes, fuel, equipment, insurance, rent, etc. If they consider 20% profitable they could lower their prices, to keep the customers that actually sell their stuff, coming back. Here I am at over a year later with The Used Product I bought from them at 70% MSRP. NOONE WANTS TO BUY FROM ME. Great response to an angry customer!!!

As you know, we are a liquidation company, which means there is some risk involved in purchasing pallets that are mainly returns. I understand how the liquidation pallets can be frustrating when it doesn't turn out the way you would like it to. That's why we always give a thorough orientation to every new customer who visits our warehouse.
You chose to buy a pallet that comes with the most risk, our most expensive pallet that we recommend first timers NOT to buy. We keep those pallets in stock for the buyers that have more experience in selling those said items, and because we get calls about those specific brands everyday.
I don't recall anyone stating anything about you asking for help for buying a bad pallet. We don't mind helping out customers who take our advice and buy the pallets that we actually build here in our warehouse, which would be the gas operated pallets that we tell you about in our orientation.
We would never tell anyone to buy a pallet they didn't feel comfortable buying. At the end of the day, it is ultimately your decision on what you feel is best for you and your business.
We provide the best knowledge that we have about the merchandise we have available, and we have hundreds of clients that choose to trust us and shop here because of that.
How can you call us liars when you stated yourself, that you made a profit of 20% on the pallet we recommended you?
We don't promote 200-300% profit gains at all, yet we do have customers that shop with us multiple times a week. It sounds like you have a great thing going with the other warehouses you shop at.
We will use this review to help us become even better at what we do. We would love to have you come back and try one of our house-built pallets, as we love to see all our clients strive in their businesses.

Totally awesome experience. Me and my brother was referred by a friend to visit this place for great deals. We were more than astonished at what we saw. The place is huge and the deals are even bigger. The staff is on point. We were greeted by the staff member Angel who gave us a intro to the process and followed up closing on two pallets with the sales rep Jose. Both were extremely professional. Overall experience was excellent and we are definitely going to be repetitive customers..

I scheduled a half hour videoconference to see truckloads. The man arrived late, was rude, and spent 5 minutes with me before hanging up. He did not show me the truckloads and was constantly disrupted by phone calls during the 5 minutes that he was on the phone with me. This business is a scam. I do not recommend paying $50 to schedule appointments with them for a service you’re not getting. They simply do not care.
