8 years of mentorship, growth, and unwavering support
As a highly people-oriented and friendly manager, he guided me from the very beginning of my career. Throughout our long-term mentoring relationship, he always made time for 1-on-1 conversations whenever I needed support. At first, as my mentor, he gave me direct advice and shared his own experiences. Later, he shifted his approach, using thought-provoking questions to help me find the right solutions on my own. I always loved turning to him because I knew he would genuinely listen and help me with anything. He truly went above and beyond to find the absolute best place for me, and when I finished my IT studies, he seamlessly transitioned me into the perfect tech role.
Beyond my career milestones, István taught me a lot about humanity, happiness, and care. He provided a safe space to discuss personal challenges and self-acceptance, and his continuous guidance played a massive role in who I have become as a person over those 8 years. He proved to me that everyone has a place where they can truly fulfill their potential. Even though our former company closed, his tireless support continues today. I am deeply satisfied and immensely grateful for his mentorship!
