Do not use the liars
I had a frustrating experience with this service that I feel compelled to share. I initially ordered a skip and requested a replacement for 2 PM the next day. The driver called me around 10 AM while on his way, and I informed him that I wouldn’t be on-site until 2 PM. He mentioned he would return later.
However, when I called at 2:33 PM to check the status, I was told that the driver was on the way and would arrive in an hour. After waiting for two hours, I called again, only to be informed that no driver was available, and my request had been pushed to the next day at 8 AM.
I spoke with Stacey about the situation, but I felt that our conversation was not productive, as she insisted that the driver had called at 10 AM. Afterward, I reached out to a manager for further assistance, but unfortunately, I found him to be unhelpful and dismissive. When I requested that he review the call recording, he disconnected the call. HE WAA SO RUDE AND ARROGANT.
I had previously used this service twice without any issues, but this experience has raised concerns for me, especially since we are currently undergoing a building demolition and require reliable service. THEY LOST ALMOST 3K BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS.
