Frustrating lack of support I used to have great experiences before, but my recent order has been a disaster. The package went missing, and after nearly a month of waiting, it was officially marked as lost. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, I’ve had no useful response or resolution. Their online help tool is also misleading—it claims someone is available, but no one replies. I’ve lost $150, which is devastating as I rely on this for medicinal use. I’m extremely disappointed and feel let down by the lack of support or accountability.
