Terrible solutions no real customer support

Terrible customer service takes zero accountability for their actions. I've been contacting bulkbuddy for 3 weeks now about an order that I had placed on sep 3 and they've been extremely slow with the replies with no real intention of helping you fix the issue. When something goes wrong you're completely left out to dry would not trust this site to order from.
Mind you they go out there way to delete and report bad reviews to keep themselves in business which already is shady on its own.
