Long-term customer, ALWAYS satisfied I just had my semi-annual system check and as always, the Service Tech was great. Tim Saunders was the rep; polite, professional and thorough. I've had Elite for many years-seasonal tune-ups, upgraded ducts and system replacements; they are always reliable and the work is exceptional. Office staff is reponsive and courteous to schedules and requests.
