App doesn't work, money gone
Unfortunately I have to give one point. 0 points would be correct. Accepted the one-off offer a few days ago, paid, got access, installed the app...videos can't be played. Android is up-to-date, app uninstalled, mobile phone shut down and booted up, reinstalled, checked whether everything is ok with the internet, it is, and videos still won't play. So the daily fitness videos that I spent the money on in the first place. After a far too long back and forth in the "support"-chat, I realised: it is a subscription, so I cancelled it quickly!!!! A refund is "not possible" in my case, even though I couldn't use the app for one day. They HAVE to charge me for at least one week.
The rest of the time would be refunded as a gesture of goodwill. I wasn't able to use the app for one day. It just took up my time, no solutions were found for the problem... But my money was retained.
Absolute fraud! So dubious: as a "solution" I was offered a one-year subscription extension for free. Great, because the app is superfluous without videos. They also seem to think a lot of their own product, as they are so generously giving it away for free to people... Don't fall for this like me. Instagram should stop selling advertising space to that company. They are not free of guilt here.
