Unethical practices and hidden charges
I regret purchasing this service. After ordering the 28-day plan, I was automatically enrolled in a costly monthly subscription with no clear warning or fine print. Canceling is nearly impossible as there are no clear instructions. Although they offer a help desk email, it feels useless. To make matters worse, I couldn’t access the app or my plan because the link they sent had a time-limited password. This feels like a deliberate scam, with unethical practices and no transparency. Avoid at all costs.
