Frustrating asking for more money
Frustrating and unfair. If a treatment is marketed as effective, you’d expect at least some improvement—especially for that price. The fact that they’re asking for more money instead of standing by their service is a huge red flag. Did they provide any kind of refund policy or satisfaction guarantee when you first signed up? If not, you might consider leaving a review to warn others.
