Exceptional mentorship experience
I have been mentored by István for quite some time, and his support has been a major part of my professional and personal growth. He always made an effort to find time for our personal meetings, even when he had a busy schedule.
What I really appreciated was his mentoring style. Instead of just giving me direct answers, he preferred to talk things through and guide me with thoughtful questions. This helped me find my own way through difficult situations.
