Very poor after sales service
I am following up on a epoxy job I entrusted Le fong to do in Nov 2023. I was given a one year warranty by Justin . The epoxy flooring deteriorated throughout 2024 and I contracted Justin last year before the warranty expired. Justin did get back on arranging a patching job in Nov but subsequently disappeared after that despite repeated messages and calls which gone un answered. I think this is quite unprofessional for the firm to simply go " missing in action " . Even though the reviews preceding me praised Le Fong for jobs well done, supposedly for major jobs, I reserve my judgment on their ability to handle smaller projects and I urge those who have read this to think carefully before engaging them.
