Disappointing first-class experience
The first-class experience was very disappointing. The service was far below expectations, and the staff’s attitude made the experience unpleasant. For the price of a first-class ticket, I anticipated a much more respectful and comfortable journey. Unfortunately, it did not feel premium at all and was absolutely not worth the cost.
