Unauthorised charges and poor billing process
The primary and reoccurring issue that I had with CSnotepad was the debiting of unauthorised funds from my account.
This occurred on multiple occasions. I advised CS Notepad that the debits were not authorised, they persisted in debiting my account. When invoices were queried anomalies were found.
I found their billing complicated to understand
There was no proactive account management in place or discussion about billing or contract renewal.
