Wouldnt hire them again.
I gave a two because they did reduce the price after I told them I would never get them again. I guardian for two elderly men that live alone. Both have learning disabilities. Think 7 year olds, but high functioning.
The initial call was great. I said, top to bottom clean, curtains and walls are collecting dust. Ceiling fans, she even commented that there were a lot in the house. She said they would go that, baseboards, bathroom and kitchen. I sent pictures of everything. Booked them.
The next two days I get messages and I learn they won’t do curtain tops or ceiling fans They won’t do walls any higher than they can reach. I paid extra for windows but have to take screens off. The day comes. They won’t do the tub because it has moms. It didn’t bit was a bad case of constant sosp scum. But it was a walk in tub so I think they just didn’t want to do it. Wouldn’t even wipe the top off. Didn’t do the baseboards, ceiling fans, didn’t wipe down the counter. There were corners that should have been cleaned. The floors had been cleaned but they went over them quick. Wouldn’t do behind furniture or ask the men to move them so they could.
They did negotiate a price drop when I complained. Thats why they get two stars. But I learned later that one of them stoke a hat with tractors embroidered on. Something a 7 year old would love and the man did. Really?! I can handle poor work performance, because it happens all the time. But when you have to steal from disabled people.., it’s pretty low. So don’t trust the employees
