The Worst Experience Ever
I booked this hotel through this website for our honeymoon, but it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was not a 4-star hotel at all – it didn’t even deserve 3 stars.
The room was dirty and smelled bad, the toilet kept clogging, the sink wouldn’t drain, and overall the conditions were so terrible that we couldn’t even stay at the hotel.
This was supposed to be a special trip, but the hotel completely ruined it. I would never recommend booking through this website because the hotel reviews here are nothing but lies.
