TERRIBLE. ITEMS NEVER SHIPPED AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. TERRIBLE. Ordered jewelry. Received an email that said it shipped. Tracking only said "packed" for 3 weeks. It never left the facility. I emailed. No response. Social media. No response. After countless emails/messages on social, someone wrote and said they were giving me a "store credit" for 1/2 the amount and no refund for shipping because it was "lost in transit." The photo of the tracking THEY SENT me in their explanation of why clearly showed it was NOT in transit, but just "packed" and sitting in their facility for 2 weeks. **In a Nutshell; they refused to refund my credit card even though the items were never shipped nor delivered. They only wanted to give me a store credit of the items (MINUS) the shipping costs. So, I basically paid them $6 for shipping and received nothing! I wrote a email explaining how the items I ordered were never lost in transit because it never left their facility. I filed a claim for a refund with my credit card company. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Will never attempt to order from them again. Avoid at all costs
