Ruined Valentines day
Ordered some items for my wife in January for Valentines day. Their selling point was it would be here by the 6th. It's the 18th and still nothing. I have had several apology emails offering discounts but still no product. I doubt I will order from them again. Thanks for ruining Valentines day!
