Buyer Beware
Mortgage One Inc. engaged in deceptive and unethical lending practices throughout my home purchase. I was pressured into proceeding without a proper inspection, misled about loan terms, and given an appraisal that drastically misrepresented the home’s true condition. The lender failed to disclose critical property defects, mismanaged escrow funds, and left me financially vulnerable. Their negligence has caused significant financial strain, unexpected repair costs, and even foreclosure risk. I strongly urge consumers to be cautious and seek a lender with transparency and integrity.
