GHI Construction Over the past few weeks we have had a bad leaky roof. Whenever it rained, our bedroom would flood. Despite having a contractor come in and "fix" it, it was actually worse than before. We were then fortunate enough to be referred to Julian Goldacre, from GHI. Julian came out to see us the same day we phoned him. He was very friendly and he climbed on the roof himself to see what the problem was. He then explained, in layman's terms, what the problem was and how he would fix it. That same afternoon we received the quote. His quote was very reasonable and affordable so we gave him the green light. 2 days later Julian was back on the roof and fixed it 100%. Julian's work is very professional and what we liked is that he would stay "on site" with his workers and work with them. Thank you for an outstanding job, Julian.
