Super Duper Bad - Ghosted Bad. Front to back. This company does not respond in any framework which could be considered timely. Took two weeks the first time. Was lied to. No response with the half dozen follow ups. Their Shop app interface is glitchy. Sent my items to the wrong address. Was told, again, weeks later, a replacement was being sent out…..additional weeks have passed and nothing. If you read the bombastic email generated with each order you’d be struck by the irony and hypocrisy. Should have known a bunch of white people using “native” that what was preached vs. modeled would differ greatly. Had to go thru my bank with a dispute in order to receive a refund. Been a user for years. Never again and compelled to get others to stop using their mediocre products.
