⭐ If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I had a consultation with Dr. Ewen Chee, who recommended Morpheus8 treatment. I returned on the scheduled day, had numbing cream applied, and was about to begin when Dr. Chee suddenly told me I’d be doing a different treatment instead. I was given no prior notice and no clear explanation—just told to switch at the last minute. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with this and might stick with the old plan, he admitted the Morpheus8 machine needed parts and may not be ready for 3 weeks to 2 months, and that he couldn’t guarantee anything. My face was already numb, and I left without receiving any treatment. I lost an entire morning for nothing—from 9AM to 12PM—and also wasted a prior consultation. What upset me most was that when I asked Dr. Chee to explain the change, he raised his voice instead of offering a respectful explanation. I'm so disappointed and I don’t recommend this clinic to others!
