Their customer service team were really helpful with answering some questions we had pre-purchase - the whole process really couldn't have been more simple! The blinds literally have the motor inside the tube and when it needs charging, you just plug it in like a mobile phone - but this is only needed every 3-6 months! All you need are the blinds, a charger and a remote! Super impressed and I literally show every visitor them and everyone loves them! Who knew they would be such a life changer!
