Bad Customer Service Customer service and return policies were not only awful, they are deliberately vague. I received the wrong color items. I ordered 14 T-shirt, I wanted neon green, I ordered based on the color they showed, when I got them they were dark green. I called and was told they would put in a ticket for me to return them, I was also told, I would be charged $12 to return them, I said ok... I spent $91.97. Just to also point out the shipment never came to my home they sent it to a Staples close to where I live, I had go pick them up, which I never agreed to. I then received the invoice for my refund and I could not read anything on it because the part with the price was cut off I only saw that they were refunding me forty something dollars which did not make any sense because 12 from 91 was seventy something so I reached out to them only to be told I had to reply by email so now they didn't want to deal me on the phone. I emailed and was told I have to pay the shipping for the previous order. When I spoke to the lady she never mentioned that only the $12 to return them. I will not be ordering from them in the future! They don't even deserve one star!!
