Improved local visibility and calls
Local search went from nothing to actually showing up, mostly because TrueShield matched our Google profile with pages on the site that said the same thing instead of two different stories about who we are. Before that our profile said one thing and the website barely mentioned half of what we listed there, which apparently confuses things more than we realized. Once those lined up, along with some other local fixes, we started appearing in the map results for searches we'd never shown up in before. Calls from people who mention finding us through a local search have gone up noticeably since.
