Would not recommend Our experience with our conveyancer during our home settlement was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend because Throughout the process we were sent incorrect information via email, which created unnecessary confusion and stress. When we reached out for clarification and assistance, we were simply told to ask for help — despite the fact that we were already actively seeking it. There was also a situation where the tenant had paid extra rent to the previous owners. This was never confirmed with the real estate agency they weren’t contacted at all by the conveyancer, even though the realestate estate had called and emailed they had no response. which resulted in the real estate contacting us directly to sort it out ourselves. Communication overall was very poor. We rarely heard from them unless we followed up, and it often felt like they were unfamiliar with the details of our property and the contract we had signed. Buying a home is already a stressful process, and we expected our conveyancer to provide guidance, accurate information, and proactive communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience
