Great core exercise class! I’ve been taking Melanie’s core class for over a year. My strength and endurance has improved considerably, which is especially important as we age! (70’s) She is a terrific teacher..keeping everyone’s “issues” in mind and modifying exercises when needed. She has just the right combination of know how, encouragement, good humor and expertise. I feel very lucky and grateful for her help!!
