The WORST TIFFIN SERVER that I have ever tried. Their food was extremely oily. The potato was UNBOILED and NOT-EDIBLE. There are no masalas or taste in any of the curries. I took the 5 item Thali (Veg for myself and non-veg for my partner) both were extremely bad, we just could not eat it. The EXCESSIVE OIL from the curries leaked through the containers and spread across the plastic bag as well. On contacting the customer care, they made me wait about 2 days just to talk to different people for 5 minutes and then they hang up saying "This is the most we can do, now you have to send an email". When asking for a partial refund (6 days worth money for two thalis) they reply "our terms and conditions do not allow it", despite the food being absolutely below the standard.
Food also arrived COLD and the curries were WATER-like consistency.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. NOT NUTRITIOUS plus you will be ruining your health with the oil amounts.
