Buyer Beware I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Earlier this week, their technician came to perform a basic garage door repair that took less than 30 minutes. No pricing was disclosed ahead of time and no written estimate was provided before the work began. After the repair was finished, I was charged over $2k which I later learned is far above standard pricing for this type of service in Utah. I hope they address their pricing practices because this felt deceptive and predatory. I would recommend getting multiple quotes or choosing a company that provides clear pricing upfront. S.S.
