No help if you have a problem Flight got canceled, no one to call only chat very slow to respond, rude and don't know anything, technical issues, can't connect to my file, can't do anything, completely useless. Don't know anything about cancelation. Just tell me not to worry and wait that someone might one day get back to me. Disrespectful, taking customers for fools. Just a waste of time. I contested my credit card charge.
