Exceptional quality of work at reasonable price and top notch customer service
Exceptional experience with The Best Air Quality and Restoration from start to finish. Val, the owner, was very responsive, provided a detailed estimate and explained the process of remediation in every detail, answered our questions and was available during remediation to answer any follow on questions. The team was prompt and hard-working, supervised on location by Paul, the team leader. I was very impressed by their strict containment protocol. Paul sent us multiple progress pictures, so we were always in the loop. I compared their remediation protocols with leading contractors in the area and found them similar and in some aspects stricter. They easily passed the after remediation air quality test .
Overall, the experience was as much stress-free as it is possible because I knew I could rely on them to do exactly what had been promised and not to cut corners and their exceptional customer service.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you ever have to do mold remediation.
