Do Not Recommend Extremely slow and disorganised service with very poor communication. During the move all 8 of my dining chairs were damaged, with chipping that appears to have occurred from stacking without protection. The chairs were placed against the garage wall and the damage was not brought to my attention before payment was taken. When I later discovered the damage and contacted the company, my messages were ignored for several days. The business declined responsibility and attributed the damage to rain, despite the truck being parked directly next to the garage and items moved straight inside. After significant back and forth they offered a $50 refund, which does not cover the cost of repairing the chairs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
