Roofing and Siding Replacement
I recently engaged Brothers Aluminum to replace the roof, siding and gutters on my 2 story colonial home in Oceanside, NY. Brothers was 1 of 2 contracting companies I solicited proposals from, but my wife and I selected your firm for this project, as the presentation made by Paul, the designated principal manager, was clearly the superior proposal in terms of experience, detail and specificity for the desired scope of work. In our meetings with Paul, moving forward, we each expressed our mutual expectations, overall coordination/communication and how we would address potential unexpected conditions, and agreed to a very fair and completive contract/pricing. Right from the beginning I knew that we made the right decision in going with Brothers, and working together with Paul, who was always accessible to us. With all elements of the construction starting when promised, under his overall management, both the roofing team (led by Steve and foreman Orlando) and the siding crew (led by Mauricio and foreman Manuel) were absolutely professional, skilled, meticulous and user-friendly, performing all their work with tremendous attention to detail. As a retired civil engineer, with many years of project/construction management experience (and now with a lot of time on my hands to observe work progress at the site), any comments/questions I might have had were always cheerfully answered and/or addressed. In meeting the estimated project schedule, the men always started their daily work on time, and earnestly worked to or beyond the last minute of the day, including complete clean-up. Most importantly, Brothers service and workmanship could only be described by me as just superb (which other related trades-people have expressed in passing)!!! We feel that Brothers didn't just work for us, but worked with us, as a true partner in project delivery. Due to the excellent communication and understanding between all parties, there were no surprises, contractual nor cost issues at the completion of work, which fully met the established scope, quality, cost and schedule goals. In summary, I couldn't ask for a better project result, believing that Brothers was hands down one of best residential contractors we ever had, and highly recommend them to all.
