Mi hanno rubato i soldi di deposito, non sono per niente professionali e affidabili, e dubito proprio che esiste questo James, tutto molto sporco in questa azienda. Sul contratto di deposito c’erano scritti meno soldi di quanto invece hanno preso,una bruttissima esperienza.

On the night of return, the vehicle’s tyre was irreparably damaged by you, more than an hour away from the return city. No taxi would arrive to your location, so I arranged and paid for your taxi to your hotel and allowed you to leave the keys with the fuel station staff to avoid any further inconvenience while waiting for a truck, which on a Saturday night would have a lengthy delay.
Your security deposit was 700 EUR cash. The cost of the damage was 350 EUR including installation. I offered to return the balance of your deposit (350 EUR cash) to your hotel, but you refused. Your partner also declined the return of these funds. You stated 200 EUR is a fair amount for damage, and threatened further action to recover 150 EUR. I offered an amicable solution. I'm sorry this 150 EUR has caused you such stress.
