Outstanding support and product! I bought the Vice Plus and initially made an error by placing the spacer on the wrong side, which made the cage seem faulty. However, their exceptional customer support resolved everything quickly—they were professional, fast, and incredibly polite. This is hands down the best cage I’ve ever owned! My girlfriend is thrilled too, as it’s truly safe and secure.
