Still working fine
I have had my Airtalk phone and wireless service for 7 months now, and so far it has been pretty favorable. Phone is working ok. Customer service isn't the greatest. It's limited with their hours of operation. Long wait of 40 minutes or more but when i actually got a representative which happened on June 25, 2025, that rep was able to help me with my issue. Yes, my issue was resolved. For a free government phone service, i recommend them. I plan to upgrade my phone in the near future so will see how that goes. I'll be rating my experience then.
