Such a shame.. should have been a five star rating if they had finished the kitchen! Sadly a one star review, it should have been a glowing five! The initial visits, design ideas and the beginning of the installation were superb. Great ideas, great price, great team. There were a few delivery issues so the fit, which began at the beginning of April, dragged on due to the need for replacement doors and bits that had been damaged plus delays for the appliances, but the fit and attention to detail was brilliant so far. We had our final doors in the summer and were awaiting parts for the Quooker tap as under the sink was not usable as some pipe work they had installed was not right plus there were some finishing touches to be done. We chased for weeks to get things finished, communication was awful but whenever we did get through Dale was so apologetic and promised to come in.. but that never happened. Finally the tap part was delivered in September, but no fit date. We chased again and again but no contact was ever made again. At the end of December the final straw was when the integral LEDs in the display unit started going wrong after just 5 months. No contact and now no website or any current footprint on Facebook so I assume they have ceased trading. Such a shame because they were a great company with so much potential and we would have had them back to do the bathroom if the problems had not been so difficult to resolve.
