Horrible experience with unprofessional treatment I went to PHOENIX Ultrasound for follicle monitoring, and it was by far the most unprofessional and terrifying experience I’ve ever had. The person performing my ultrasound was very old, spoke very little English, and seemed to lack even basic medical knowledge. When I asked about the size of my follicles, he said it was hard to tell. I honestly had no idea why I had entrusted them with my care. On top of that, their management was chaotic and completely unprofessional. After the ultrasound, they sent me a report that wasn’t even mine and told me it was ready. When I raised the issue, the front desk admitted they had sent the wrong report. It was clear that they just modify a template and send it to patients. Avoid this place at all costs. I hope the relevant authorities can investigate their qualifications to prevent others from being misled.
