The evaluation was fair, the payouts have been functional, and the rules have been applied consistently without any unpleasant surprises. What keeps this at three stars is the absence of anything that would make a trader feel genuinely valued beyond the monthly transaction. The firm takes the payout cycle seriously. Everything around it less so.
