Irresponsible owner and delivery team
Be careful before ordering any products from them they have lot of issues with delivery of the product and when you will have any problem related to delivery or anything, you won't get response on the call as they might avoid your call when you have urgent problem. Do not make any payment order on COD but do not make prepaid payment as he will not refund your money back.Pathetic services ever, I personally faced the issue with their service and the follow up with their delivery team. Entire push back and follow up I have to do it by reaching out to the delivery team higher authority as this merchant has replied me that wait whenever I will get response I will inform you, they were not concerned about the order as payment was already made and they declined to refund, their delivery partner was constantly mentioning that consignee is not available 4 times then I have raised the complainant at courier service because this merchant was not liable to do anything, after picking first time understanding the issue he has spoken to me very loudly and after that stopped picking up my calls. So pathetic and unprofessional behaviour. So, be careful before making any decision of purchasing product by attracting on less price go at the safer place like Amazon and avoid such irresponsible vendors. Be careful.
