Fantastic first class experience
I had been eager to try this for some time and finally attended my first class on Friday. The instructor was wonderful, providing a detailed explanation of how everything works and guiding me through each exercise step-by-step. I could feel the results immediately after the class! I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone considering giving it a go.
