Horrible Shipping customer service
Purchased a product from Manscaped and it was until 3 days later that they processed it and sent me an email that my order shipped. After 3 more days, tracking information hadn’t been updated. I reached out to Manscaped support and they placed the blame elsewhere. Basically a non-apology.
