Wrong Plant, poor communication, no resolution, have to buy the plant with another vendor Ordered a eucalyptus plant and received a totally different plant. They asked for my order number to confirm the purchase, and I realized that they never sent me a confirmation email, which others have complained about in the comments on their website. When I ask about this, they keep sending me the same email repeatedly asking me to send my order number and photos of the plant, which I have already done multiple times. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from them. It seems that many people have the same issue with ordering.
