awful practice rude unprofessional receptionists
this is the worst general practice I've ever encountered where noone actually cares about the patient! don't know how they are allowed to operate. rude receptionists have to wait an hr on hold to speak to a human being then call drops amd noone calls u back. also if they actually did their job u wouldn't need to call but because they keep messing up my medications amdreferrals i hwve to keep calling and wasting hrs on the phone only to get reception who says they will pass message and someone will get back to me but they never doso again have to phone going round and round on merry go round getting nowhere
