It looks like a SCAM
I paid for their services in January this year. They informed me that they made an appointment with the Spanish authorities in March, later changed to April and I haven't heard from them since April. They don't answer their phone call or reply to any email I sent to them after April.
I'll report them to the police for further investigation.
