Amazing service Took my laptop in after failing to resolve a problem myself connecting to the internet. They advised me of the standard costs to fix a software or hardware issue (which were very reasonable) and helpfully told me of a cheaper solution (dongle) for consideration. First however they offered to take a look and managed to quickly resolve a software problem without needing to book in for a service/repair. I was delighted and would happily have paid the service cost - but they declined to accept any payment and thanked me for calling in. Amazing (dare I say) old fashioned service. Will certainly return if I have any future issues.
